BDC - Internet Sales Coordinator

GENERAL SUMMARY

An Internet Sales Coordinator provides customer service to increase sales. A Coordinator responds to Internet-generated sales leads, qualifies customers, and sets appointments or follow-ups via e-mail or telephone.

REPORTS TO: Business Development Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  • Other tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Ability to write and speak effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively lead and work as a member of a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

PHYSICAL AND WORK DEMANDS
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Physical Demand:  Mostly sitting.  Standing and walking at some times.  Mostly work on the computer to look up and enter data and use phones to answer calls and to communicate with potential customers.

  • Environmental Demands: Mostly indoor work. Some noise while working around operation departments.

Service Technicians - INCLUDING $5,000 Signing Bonus!

Piazza Acuraof Reading is seeking talented Service Technicians to join our team of professionals in our high-volume Service Center.

$5,000 sign on bonus paid out over the first full 60 days of employment.

We are recruiting Level "A" & "B" Service Technicians and we welcome recent Technical School Graduates!

Level "A" & "B" Service Technicians are required to have their current PA State Emissions & Inspections License.

A valid State Driver's License, ability to pass a background & MVR check.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (include but are not limited to):

• Perform work as specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform and document repair
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
• Notify Service Advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
• Road-test vehicles when required
• Keep shop area organized and clean
• Comply to company safety policies and procedures
• Observe all company policies, procedures, safety and environmental rules

Body Shop Structural & Collision Repair Technician

Piazza Acura of Reading is seeking experienced a Body Shop Structural & Collision Repair Technician to join our team of professionals in our high-volume Body Shop.

$2500 Sign On Bonus, 2 weeks of PTO & an earning potential of $100k+ a year!

A valid State Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.
ICAR training and certification preferred.

Perform work including structural repairs and welding as specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
Work in conjunction with the shop estimator and insurance estimators to fully assess damage to a vehicle
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform and document repair
Communicate with department manager and estimator to obtain needed parts
Examine the vehicle to determine if supplemental repairs are required
Road-test vehicles when required
Notify estimator(s) and manager immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
