   Excellent service department. I ended up here because I got a flat tire on the PA Turnpike and didn't want to go too far on the spare. Steve and the other staff in the service department were great, they got me in quickly and took care of everything promptly and professionally. Exactly the kind of service I would expect from an Acura dealer. This seemed to be a busy place but everything ran very efficiently during my visit.

 After a long 3 months of car shopping, I finally made the drive to Piazza Acura of Reading to look at used cars. I never expected to find someone as knowledgeable as my salesman, Jack, and I certainly never expected to drive home in a new Acura. Jack was so patient and kind, and he knows his cars! After deciding to come back a few days after my first visit, I was never pressured. Until yesterday, I had been driving the same car for 9 years. Car shopping was extremely stressful for me and by the time I had arrived at Piazza of Reading, I was discouraged and frustrated. As soon as Jack came up to me in the lot, he brightened my mood. The team was very welcoming and friendly and I will definitely be returning there for service and when it's time to shop again!

     Recently purchased a new RDX. Very pleased with the purchase and delivery of this vehicle. This was a 3rd vehicle purchased. Stopping on the lot one day, was greeted by Nancy Juhuasz who took my questions and thoroughly answered my questions on the RDX and MDX. At no time was I pushed to make a decision which took a couple days. She was flexible with my time, from test driving, selection, color, and interior.      We drove over 80 miles to this dealership and would most definitely do it again. We were impressed with the attentiveness and friendliness of all of the staff members at Piazza, Craig especially. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to; very down to earth. He worked with us on our budget and found us exactly what we were looking for. When we asked for small repairs on our certified pre-owned Odyssey they were reasonable and accommodating. Craig got us the price we needed for our family and we'll be asking for him for any future cars we'll be buying. Aleigha got us a great warrenty and interest rate and was able to explain everything so we understand our big purchase. We couldn't be happier!

     The Piazza Acura of Reading team is amazing!! When dealerships in our local area weren't very helpful, the Piazza Acura of Reading team came to the rescue. Mark Steltz and Robb Szymanski went above and beyond to find a 2015 Acura TLX available for lease. Mark made my husband and I feel comfortable that the TLX was the right car for us and very safe for the kids. He's a true Acura expert and genuinely enjoys what he does. He went over all of the technical details of the car in great detail. Matt Stefan, Finance Manager, made sure signing the paperwork was a painless experience;) We definitely feel that we got the best deal possible and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

While other dealers said "maybe" or "in a few days", Jon said "absolutely" and found us the exact car we asked for right away.
