"Piazza's Excellent Service"

Just wanted to let you know about your excellent service team and how well I am treated at Piazza.  I brought my daughter's 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid in for service about two weeks ago.  The Honda service person called to advise me that the car needed a few extra services and gave me a quote.  I agreed to the work and got a call a short time later that the car was ready for pick up.  When my husband and I came to pick the car up, the Honda service people were all busy with customers.  Jake walked over and said: "Hello, Christine, are you here to pick up your Honda?  I can help you."  He then got my bill.  He went over it with me and walked me to the cashier.  That is outstanding service.  Jake and your service department are a huge reason that I bought another Acura last year.  I simply couldn't look at any other make because Jake and your service team has taken such good care of my family over our years in Reading.  I also must say that I do love my TL.  Your service team is the best.

I would like to express my greatest accolades to Mr. Frank Franco and all the staff, including leadership, concerning my recent car buying experience at Piazza Acura.  Coming out of a fender bender that totaled my previous car, I wanted to replace it with a similar model of which your dealership was the only one within hundreds of miles.  Thus, I was an internet buyer.  Right from the moment of my first phone call to Frank, my car buying experience was fair, first-rate and right up front.  Piazza Acura conducted a thorough inspection of my car, provided a list of repairables and offered me two prices and one price that included the repairs.  Since the repairs were reasonable and would overall add to my satisfaction of owning this car, I wanted the minor repairs completed.  They were completed in a timely and professional manner with a complete repair bill  included in the final bill of sale.  Not only that, the car was delivered to me out of state!  Frank and the Piazza Acura team are great.

I found myself needing a car in the midst of all those snow storms. Several friends told me Acura was a great car so I test drove one. Unexpectedly, I didn't get any of the "pressure sell."  I simply asked a few questions and left to think about it for a few days.  They were surprised to see me the very next day ready to buy my first Acura.  It only has 170 miles on it now, but my first Acura may not be my last.
